Aatik Naveed is a qualified lawyer from abroad who is currently in the process of becoming a fully licensed lawyer in Ontario. At ZM Law Prof Corp, he brings his international legal training and growing expertise in Canadian law to the firm's real estate and estates practices. In the real estate practice, Aatik works closely with Zahid Malik and Gunjan Sanan to manage the legal aspects of residential and commercial property transactions. His responsibilities include reviewing agreements of purchase and sale, preparing closing documentation, conducting title searches, coordinating with financial institutions on mortgage matters, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
